Custom Product Order Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Communication

By submitting the Custom 3D Printed Products Form, the customer agrees to receive email and/or text messages regarding the requested products. This communication is essential for discussing order details, confirmations, updates, and any issues that may arise.

2. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for responding to emails or text messages about their order within five (5) business days. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the order.

3. Craftsmanship Guarantee

PrintSmith 3D guarantees the craftsmanship of all products unless otherwise communicated. If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, it may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. PrintSmith 3D will not issue refunds or replacements for products that are damaged after delivery, nor will they replace lost or stolen items.

4. Intellectual Property

The customer accepts full responsibility for any copyright infringements, patent infringement, or misuse of any trademarked, copyrighted, or otherwise legally reserved name, likeness, or concept. PrintSmith 3D will not be responsible for obtaining rights to any intellectual property. By submitting the form, the customer agrees that they have the necessary permissions to use any legally protected materials.

5. Rush Processing Fee

If rush processing is selected and the order is never placed, is cancelled, or is returned, the Rush Processing fee will not be refunded. This fee will only be refunded if the order is cancelled or otherwise closed due to PrintSmith 3D's inability to complete the specified work.

6. Limitation of Liability

PrintSmith 3D's liability is limited to the cost of the product. PrintSmith 3D is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product.

7. Amendments

PrintSmith 3D reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrintSmith 3D operates.
