Image Quality & Resolution
Your uploaded images must meet the minimum resolution required for the print size you select. If an image is too small or low-resolution to produce a high-quality print, the system will reject it before checkout. This ensures your final print is sharp and professional.

Cropping & Adjustments
When selecting a print size, you will be prompted to crop your photo to match the required aspect ratio. Please review your crop carefully—PrintSmith 3D will print exactly what you approve on screen. Optional tools such as Rotate, Enhance, Sharpen, and Grayscale are available, but any adjustments you apply are your responsibility to verify before submitting your order.

Low-Resolution or Special Requests
If you still wish to print an image that does not meet the system’s minimum resolution, or if you would like us to upscale or manually adjust your photo, we can process the job as a custom order. Email your file to Taylor@PrintSmith3D.com and we will assist you with options, pricing, and proofing.

Color Matching
Due to differences in screens, devices, and lighting, printed colors may appear slightly different than what you see on your display. All prints are produced on professional-grade photo stock for consistent, high-quality results.

No Refunds for Customer-Approved Crops or Adjustments
We cannot refund prints for issues related to cropping choices, photo quality, or edits applied by the customer during upload.

1. Select Your Print Size
Choose from available sizes (4×6, 5×7, 8×10, etc.). The required aspect ratio will automatically be applied during cropping.

2. Upload Your Photos
Click Upload Photos and select your image. The upload tool supports batch uploading for the size options that require more than 1 print and will automatically check each image’s resolution.

For example, if you select the "4x6 inch (5 pack)" you may select up to 5 images to have them all printed. If you select 1 image, 5 copies of that image will be printed. If you select less images than what the pack includes, please note how many copies you want of each photo in the file upload menu.

If you have many photos to upload, be sure to upload the correct amount to each product that is added to your cart. If you have 20 photos that you want printed in 4x6 inch (5 pack) size, please split them into 4 items that each have 5 images attached.

3. Crop & Adjust (Optional)
After choosing your print size, use the built-in tools:

• Crop to fit the exact print dimensions

• Rotate to correct orientation

• Enhance or Sharpen for improved detail

• Convert to Grayscale if desired

Review each cropped photo carefully—your final print will match what you approve.

4. Complete Your Order
Once all photos are uploaded and cropped, add the product to your cart and continue to checkout. Each uploaded file counts as one print unless otherwise noted.

5. For Low-Resolution Images or Special Requests
If the system rejects an image due to resolution:

• Try uploading a higher-quality version, or

• Email the file to Taylor@PrintSmith3D.com for a custom order, where we can offer upscaling or manual processing.
